Summer Meeting Attendee Profile
Summer Meeting attendees are typically the upper and middle management of aggregate and concrete producing companies, as well as the sales forces and management of associate members of the association and representatives from concrete contractor companies.
Meeting Attire
Business casual dress applies. Those participating in the tours are required to have hard hat, steel toes and safety glasses. Shorts of respectable length, collared shirts and soft spikes are required during the golf tournament. Jeans, cut-offs and muscle shirts are prohibited at golf course locations.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
All meeting cancellations should be made via email to kallie@pacaweb.org. Any meeting cancellations made prior to the meeting cancellation deadline, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT DATE. Substitutions for registrations may be made by emailing kallie@pacaweb.org.
