Abrams to Provide Webinar on OSHA Heat Illness Prevention

OSHA indicates heat illness affects thousands of indoor and outdoor workers each year, sometimes leading to death. OSHA has identified reducing workplace heat-related illnesses and injuries as a top priority and has launched a National Emphasis Program to protect workers from heat illness and injuries. They will be using this program to improve enforcement and compliance efforts. In the meantime, they will continue working to establish a heat illness prevention rule as part of the Biden-Harris administration’s climate change agenda.

Please join us for a webinar by Attorney Adele Abrams on May 24, 2022 at 9 a.m. to hear the latest information on this topic.
