Since 2016, EPA has required electronic submittal of Discharge Monitoring Reports. DEP has worked with EPA in getting this information into EPA’s ECHO Database, which is a searchable database available to the public.
DEP has indicated in the past that they may need at some point to start writing violations if you are not submitting properly.
