About this Month's Speakers

Raeann Burgo is Of Counsel in the Pittsburgh office of Fisher Phillips. Her employment practice includes a wide range of issues such as Title VII, ADA, and FMLA. She guides clients through day-to-day issues such as workplace investigations, performance improvement plans and workforce changes. Raeann has a passion for helping employers understand the importance of safeguarding employee mental health. To that end she is a frequent speaker at HR and Corporate Counsel seminars regarding supporting and protecting employee mental health. She has strong connections in the world of mental health advocacy, which helps her bring a unique perspective to clients on this topic.

Arthur Wolfson is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Fisher Phillips, practicing in the Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group. He represents clients in regulatory compliance involving OSHA, MSHA and other federal and state agencies. Arthur defends operators before administrative tribunals such as the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, and Circuit Courts of Appeal. He also counsels clients through accident investigations. As a former teacher, a substantial portion of Arthur’s practice involves compliance counseling and training to help clients better understand their legal requirements. Prior to entering private practice, Arthur worked for the United States Department of Labor.

Megan McPherson earned a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology from Chatham University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years experience as a clinician, supervisor, and manager. Ms. McPherson has treated a wide range of psychological problems/disorders such as substance use and abuse, coping with chronic medical conditions, PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and grief and loss. Ms. McPherson is currently a Clinician at Ramous Psychology & Associates. Outside the office she enjoys travel and spending time with loved ones.
