We would like to issue a correction regarding the date for the upcoming Silica Stakeholder Meeting. The correct date for the meeting is July 17, 2024, not July 16, 2024, as previously stated in the subject line of our last email.
Please join the Mine Safety and Health Administration for our second Silica Stakeholder Meeting in-person or on-line. This meeting will take place at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy, 1301 Airport Rd. Beaver, WV 25813 and will also stream on-line, beginning at 1pm Eastern time.
Please RSVP for the meeting here by July 16, 2024.If you have questions regarding the Silica rule that you would like addressed, please submit them in Question 4 in the RSVP form as there may not be an opportunity to ask additional questions during the meeting.
