Good morning!
Following is an update on the hotel room block for the PACA Summer Summit at the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, MD.
Our room block is set to expire as of midnight on May 22nd. According to the resort, the hotel is completely sold out outside of our block. The last housing report shows that there are less than 20 rooms still available in our block.
What does this all mean? This means that if our block sells out or expires, whichever comes first, you will need to find alternative housing to attend the Summer Summit.
We urge you to please book your hotel rooms as soon as possible as there is ABSOLUTELY nothing PACA staff can do to assist you if the block sells out or expires.
