If you have booked at room at the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay and find yourself unable to attend the PACA Summer Summit, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HYATT TO CANCEL YOUR ROOM RESERVATION. Please send an email to Kallie Kline noting that you need to cancel your room reservation. This will allow her to transfer existing rooms to those currently sitting on our room waiting list.
