It's almost time! The PACA Summer Summit is almost here!
To be "in the know" at this year's Summer Summit, all must download and use the PACA Meetings app. Hardcopies of things such as the meeting schedule and attendance list WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE onsite.
The app includes the following information:
- Meeting schedule and locations
- Attendee list - to view the attendees list, you must log in using the SAME email address you used to register to attend the meeting
- Speaker bios and session information
- Lists of our sponsors and corporate sponsor exhibitors
- Golf outing, sporting clays and fishing excursion information including foursomes, groupings and boat assignments
- Summer Summit attire information
- Other meeting related information
WHEN DOWNLOADING THE APP, PLEASE ALLOW FOR NOTIFICATIONS TO BE SENT TO YOUR PHONE. THIS IS THE WAY WE WILL COMMUNICATE WITH YOU THROUGHOUT THE MEETING SHOULD THERE BE A NEED FOR A SCHEDULE CHANGE, LOCATION CHANGE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, ETC.
To download the app:
Apple Store
- Search for ‘PACA Meetings’ or‘PA Agg & Concrete’
- You should see “swirl” graphic from our logo in the results
- Click on ‘GET’
- Download the app to your phone
- Open the app
- You’ll may prompted to enter a code
- You should now have access to current and past PACA events
- Click the profile icon located at the top right of the app home page to log in
- Follow the prompts on the screen to obtain an access code
- Make sure to use the email address you used when you registered to attend the meeting
- Enter the access code sent to your email
- You should now have access to the event
- Once you download, please turn on notifications and allow notifications in the event that we need to reach you during the meeting.
