Monday, November 14th
Check In at the Annual Meeting - opens at 9:30 AM
Opening session begins at 10:30 AM
Noon - Lunch
1:30 - 4:00 PM - Breakout sessions
4:00 PM - Trollies depart for 40th Annual Meeting Celebration
5:30 PM - Reception at Hersheypark's Chocolate World - including the chocolate experience ride, retail shops available, appetizers, drinks and more!
7:00 PM - Dinner at Hersheypark's restaurant - The Chocolatier - featuring a customized menu just for us - creations by the Chocolatier's master chef who has worked for and appeared on Beat Bobby Flay on the Food Network and has been the head chef for both the Boston Red Sox and the NY Mets organizations.

ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION
It is highly recommended to make your room reservations ASAP as the room block expires on October 13th and inventory is limited. Outside of the room block the DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE IS NOT GUARANTEED, as well as availability of rooms/room types. If you book after the 13th, you may be required to pay the full room rate (if rooms are even available).
