The Association has been focused on an orderly staff succession planning process since the launch of our Strategic Plan in 2022. We experienced the first one with Josie Gaskey's retirement last spring and we understood that it is not an easy and straightforward process and more advance time must be dedicated to ensuring continuity.
I am pleased to inform you that the lesson has been learned, and the Board of Directors has identified a candidate to replace Peter Vlahos. Peter has informed us that he will be stepping down on November 30, 2026 as our President and CEO ending a 19-year service to our Association and industry.
