It’s with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the news of the unexpected passing of Joe Robinson, PennDOT's Chief Materials Engineer, this past weekend.
This is a huge loss to the industry, PennDOT and his family and friends. Through more than 33 years of service with the BOCM, Joe had a significant impact on all of us and his industry partners.
