Three events - ONE LOCATION!

 

• YOUNG LEADERS CONFERENCE

April 23rd begins with education sessions and networking opportunities for PACA members ages 40 and under as our Young Leaders Conference.  THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY Young Leaders Conference taking place in 2025, so don't miss the opportunity to meet up with your peers in the industry.  Also included in the day's activities will be our PACA Emerging Leaders Class of 2025 and PELA Alumni are invited to attend as well.

Our Young Leaders Steering Committee has put together a dynamic agenda with sessions covering technology, AI, the future of the industry, leadership/management and more and all are discounted thanks to our Young Leaders Rock Star Sponsor - HAZEMAG USA.

 

• NETWORKING RECEPTION / DINNER

That evening, ALL PACA MEMBERS are invited to join us for a networking reception and dinner and time to catch up with colleagues, peers and customers in a relaxing setting at Toftrees Golf Resort.

 

• TOWN HALL MEETING

April 24th features the opportunity to hear the following two presentations:

 

1. How Could Trump Influence the Economy and Construction - Speaker:  Vance Ginn, Ph.D.; Ginn Economic Consulting, LLC
2. 100 Days Post Election - What's Happening Now? - Speaker: a team member from the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association

Also included in the Town Hall agenda are breakout sessions for our Combined Technical Community and our Regulatory Community.

The Town Hall Meeting is open to ALL PACA MEMBERS and is included in the registration fee for the Young Leaders Conference.

 

• SPRING GOLF OUTING

Following the conclusion of the Town Hall Meeting, those attending have the option to grab a boxed lunch and

 

1. Eat your lunch onsite and continue to network with colleagues and customers
2. Take your lunch to go
3. Eat your lunch before teeing off for our Spring Golf Outing

The golf outing is open to ALL PACA MEMBERS and you do not need to be registered for the Town Hall Meeting to participate.

Registration Rates Explained

All items for the events at Toftrees are priced A LA CARTE.  Following are descriptions of what is included in the fee structure.

Young Leaders Conference Registration
Open to all PACA members ages 40 and under.  Includes complimentary registration for April 23 reception and dinner, Town Hall Meeting and community meetings.  Golf is not included and all must pay separately to participate in the golf outing.

Town Hall Meeting Registration
Open to all PACA members not attending the Young Leaders Conference. Includes all general sessions on April 24th and a complimentary registration to community meetings.  DOES NOT INCLUDE April 23rd reception and dinner or golf.  Must pay separately to attend these events.

Reception/Dinner Registration
Open to all PACA members not attending the Young Leaders Conference.  Town Hall meeting sessions, community meetings and golf are not included.  Must pay separately to attend these events.

Golf Outing Registration
Open to all PACA members. Price not included in any of the above mentioned fees.  Must pay separately to participate in the golf outing.  You do not need to be registered for the Town Hall Meeting to participate.
