In September, you may have received notification that the current PA Statewide Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) contract was extended while a new ITQ contract was being developed by the Department of General Services (DGS). This message is to inform you that the new ITQ solicitation is now live in the JAGGAER supplier network. Suppliers are highly encouraged to take the necessary steps towards completing qualification for the new ITQ as soon as possible.
To begin qualifying, suppliers must first log into the JAGGAER supplier network via the following link: https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=CommonwealthPA. Next, choose the appropriate commodity code(s): 30110000-ITQ-557 (Aggregate Materials), 46160000-ITQ-558 (Anti-Skid Materials), and/or 30111800-ITQ-559 (DSA Materials). Lastly, complete the pre-qualification questions and fill out the required documents before uploading them back into the system. To assist you with this process, JAGGAER supplier guides have been attached to this message.
Once DGS reviews and processes a supplier’s qualifications, it will take 30-45 days to receive final approval. Hence, you are encouraged to complete your qualification NOW. Any delay in completing the process may result in your company being omitted from future Requests for Quote (RFQs) issued in early 2026. While the current ITQ will remain in place through March 31, 2026, RFQs will eventually cease being issued against it and transition exclusively to the new ITQ in the early part of the year.
