The PACA room block at the Hotel Hershey for the 40th Anniversary Annual Meeting & Honors Program expires as of 11:59 PM on October 13th.
What does this mean? This means that THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS OUTSIDE THE ROOMS WE HAVE SECURED IN OUR BLOCK. Once those rooms are gone, they are gone. And - if rooms may be available in the hotel's inventory outside of our block, you will, PER THE HOTEL, be expected to pay the full prevailing hotel room rate, not our negotiated, discount rate.
