PACA Chair Welcomes Our Next Staff President & CEO

To: the Membership of PACA

PACA is proud to announce the appointment of Seth Grove as its next President and CEO. This decision follows a comprehensive and collaborative selection process, with unanimous support from the Hiring Committee and Executive Committee. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Hiring Committee, legal counsel, Peter Vlahos, and the dedicated PACA staff for their invaluable contributions throughout this process.

Seth Grove brings a wealth of experience and leadership to PACA. Having served as a Pennsylvania State Representative since 2009, he has been recognized for his commitment to fiscal responsibility, government transparency, and efficient governance. His tenure includes roles such as Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and the House State Government Committee, where he led significant initiatives in budget oversight and election reform.

Seth's background in public administration and public financial management, combined with his legislative experience, positions him uniquely to lead PACA into the future. His dedication to public service and understanding of the industry's challenges make him an exceptional fit for this role.

Seth will officially join PACA as Vice President on January 1, 2026, and will assume the role of President and CEO on December 1, 2026. We are confident that under his leadership, PACA will continue to thrive and effectively serve its members and the broader community.
