The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) is the industry’s unified voice, representing more than 200 member companies across the state.

PACA monitors and analyzes local, state and federal regulations and advocates for a balanced approach by the regulators.
PACA members and staff work to address technical issues with these common goals: proper use of materials, based upon sound materials engineering practice; protection of member companies and the materials they produce; sustainable use of valuable natural materials – aggregate availability; and, the professional and personal growth of PACA members through their involvement and engagement.
One of the most effective tools in government relations for an industry is a robust advocacy/grassroots strategy.
In the last legislative session, PACA contributed over $275,000 to its political champions.

This program provides free continuing education to the design and specifying communities. There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The bookmarking feature allows you to leave the course and resume where you left off when you return.

This event is being held in conjunction with PACA's Annual Meeting, which is open to PACA Members only. The PCA Economic Conference (open to all) only attendees will be designated with a separate badge type.

If you are a PACA member and are registered to attend the Annual Meeting, you do not need to purchase lunch or reception attendance when registering for the PCA Economic Conference. These events are already included in your Annual Meeting registration fee. We ask that you do register for the conference, however, to ensure we have enough seating in the meeting room.
If you register to attend the PCA Economic Conference, the lunch and/or reception ONLY - this does NOT include entrance into any of the Annual Meeting general or breakout sessions held in advance of or following the Monday afternoon PCA Economic Conference.
