Susan comes to PACA from the Central Builders Supply Company, where she most recently served as the company’s treasurer. She also worked as an adjunct professor in concrete science technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology while serving on the PACA board of directors, as the concrete technical community chair and representative on the FHWA-PennDOT State Transportation Innovation Council (STIC).
She received her bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University in business administration/accounting and a master’s in business management from Bucknell University.
