PACA’s Young Leaders Community brings together professionals in the aggregates, concrete, and cement industries aged 40 and under who are eager to shape the future of our sector, build meaningful connections, and grow their leadership impact.

Who Can Join?

Any PACA member aged 40 or younger who works in the aggregates, concrete, or cement sectors is eligible, whether you’re early in your career, mid-level management, or even an owner-operator. All job titles and experience levels are encouraged to participate.

  1. Sign up via our online form. Provide your name, date of birth, job title, company, and contact information.
  2. Stay connected. You’ll receive information on upcoming Young Leaders events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  3. Get involved. Join committees, attend meetings, and engage with the broader PACA community.
  4. Connect on social. Follow the PACA Young Leaders group on LinkedIn and other industry platforms to stay plugged in.

Governance & Leadership

The Young Leaders Community is overseen by a Steering Committee composed of PACA member professionals who serve limited terms. Committee members guide program direction, plan events, and act as liaisons to PACA’s broader leadership. All members are welcome to apply for open Steering Committee roles.

PACA's Online e-Learning Center

This program provides free continuing education to the design and specifying communities. There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The bookmarking feature allows you to leave the course and resume where you left off when you return
