The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) is the industry’s unified voice, representing more than 200 member companies across the state.

PACA monitors and analyzes local, state and federal regulations and advocates for a balanced approach by the regulators.
PACA members and staff work to address technical issues with these common goals: proper use of materials, based upon sound materials engineering practice; protection of member companies and the materials they produce; sustainable use of valuable natural materials – aggregate availability; and, the professional and personal growth of PACA members through their involvement and engagement.
One of the most effective tools in government relations for an industry is a robust advocacy/grassroots strategy.

This program provides free continuing education to the design and specifying communities. There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The bookmarking feature allows you to leave the course and resume where you left off when you return.
PACA’s Young Leaders Community brings together professionals in the aggregates, concrete, and cement industries aged 40 and under who are eager to shape the future of our sector, build meaningful connections, and grow their leadership impact.
MISSION: To Develop, To Educate and To NetworkThe Young Leaders Community exists to empower the next generation of industry leaders through professional development, continuous learning, and authentic relationship building.
Any PACA member aged 40 or younger who works in the aggregates, concrete, or cement sectors is eligible, whether you’re early in your career, mid-level management, or even an owner-operator. All job titles and experience levels are encouraged to participate.
The Young Leaders Community is overseen by a steering committee composed of PACA member professionals who serve limited terms. Committee members guide program direction, plan events, and act as liaisons to PACA’s broader leadership. All members are welcome to apply for open steering committee roles.
