The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) is the industry’s unified voice, representing more than 200 member companies across the state.

PACA monitors and analyzes local, state and federal regulations and advocates for a balanced approach by the regulators.
PACA members and staff work to address technical issues with these common goals: proper use of materials, based upon sound materials engineering practice; protection of member companies and the materials they produce; sustainable use of valuable natural materials – aggregate availability; and, the professional and personal growth of PACA members through their involvement and engagement.
One of the most effective tools in government relations for an industry is a robust advocacy/grassroots strategy.
In the last legislative session, PACA contributed over $275,000 to its political champions.

PACA offers comprehensive concrete certification programs for ACI, in central Pennsylvania, as well as NRMCA, and PennDOT across the state.
Membership has its privileges - most of PACA's events are open to PACA members only.

This program provides free continuing education to the design and specifying communities. There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The bookmarking feature allows you to leave the course and resume where you left off when you return.

2. Payment must be received by no later than 5 business days before the exam date or the seat will be opened to those on the waiting list.

Day One - WRITTEN EXAM
7:30 AM - Registration / COVID-19 protocols
8:00 AM - Full review of test materials
Noon - Lunch (provided)
1:00 PM - One-hour timed written exam
After the exam - Practice session for performance exam - held at the discretion of the instructor
Day Two - PERFORMANCE EXAM:
You will be assigned a time to return on day two for your performance exam at its scheduled location. Please note that lunch is NOT provided on day two.
