The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) is the industry’s unified voice, representing more than 200 member companies across the state.

PACA monitors and analyzes local, state and federal regulations and advocates for a balanced approach by the regulators.
PACA members and staff work to address technical issues with these common goals: proper use of materials, based upon sound materials engineering practice; protection of member companies and the materials they produce; sustainable use of valuable natural materials – aggregate availability; and, the professional and personal growth of PACA members through their involvement and engagement.
One of the most effective tools in government relations for an industry is a robust advocacy/grassroots strategy.
In the last legislative session, PACA contributed over $275,000 to its political champions.

PACA offers comprehensive concrete certification programs for ACI, NRMCA, and PennDOT in the central Pennsylvania area.

This program provides free continuing education to the design and specifying communities. There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The bookmarking feature allows you to leave the course and resume where you left off when you return.

Explanation of Registration Fees
Young Leaders Conference Registration Open to all PACA members ages 40 and under. Includes complimentary registration for April 23 reception and dinner, Town Hall Meeting and community meetings. Golf is not included and all must pay separately to participate in the golf outing.
Town Hall Meeting Registration Open to all PACA members not attending the Young Leaders Conference. Includes all general sessions on April 24th and a complimentary registration to community meetings. DOES NOT INCLUDE April 23rd reception and dinner or golf. Must pay separately to attend these events.
Reception/Dinner Registration Open to all PACA members not attending the Young Leaders Conference. Town Hall meeting sessions, community meetings and golf are not included. Must pay separately to attend these events.
Golf Outing Registration Open to all PACA members. Price not included in any of the above mentioned fees. Must pay separately to participate in the golf outing. You do not need to be registered for the Town Hall Meeting to participate.
