The Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) is the industry’s unified voice, representing more than 200 member companies across the state.

PACA monitors and analyzes local, state and federal regulations and advocates for a balanced approach by the regulators.
PACA members and staff work to address technical issues with these common goals: proper use of materials, based upon sound materials engineering practice; protection of member companies and the materials they produce; sustainable use of valuable natural materials – aggregate availability; and, the professional and personal growth of PACA members through their involvement and engagement.

There are currently four courses available, ranging from 30-60 minutes focused on the cement, aggregates and concrete industries. You'll receive a certificate of completion once you pass a quiz. The west group will hike the Meadow Run Trail at Ohiopyle State Park, meeting at this parking lot along Rt 2021/Ohiopyle Road (39.862769, -79.502685) near Cucumber Falls. It is about a 2.8 mi loop.
