Community Relations Excellence Award - A Young Leaders Community Initiative

PACA is excited to announce a brand-new award opportunity created by the PACA’s Young Leaders Community (YLC) — the Community Relations Excellence Award.

This award was developed to recognize and celebrate the outstanding efforts of our member companies in building strong, positive relationships within the communities they serve. Across Pennsylvania, our members are making a meaningful impact — and we want to highlight those stories.

The Community Relations Excellence Award will honor companies for their work completed during the 2025 calendar year (January–December). Applicants may apply in one or more of the following six (6) categories:

  • Special Events
  • Charitable Community Impact
  • Volunteer Projects
  • Advocacy Efforts with Local, State and/or Federal Government
  • Aggregate, Cement & Concrete Education
  • Media Relations

Submissions should include a detailed summary of your efforts along with supporting documentation such as photos, thank-you notes, news coverage, flyers, training materials, social media screenshots, or other relevant materials unique to your company.

Applications must be submitted by end of business on Friday, April 24, 2026, to Kallie Kline.

The winner will be selected by a committee comprised of representatives from the PACA Board of Directors, the Young Leaders Community, and Associate Members.

We encourage all members — regardless of company size — to apply. Your community engagement efforts matter, and this is an opportunity to showcase the positive impact our industry makes every day.
